A report from FemaleFirst indicated that the rapper will be freed from prison Friday (April 18).
Brown, who was incarcerated at Riker’s Island prison in New York on September 7, was condemned to a 12-month sentence.
The star made a request for release last January claiming that she needed to be treated for an ear problem, but her request was denied.
Brown’s manager, Chaz Williams, confirmed that the 31-year-old rapper will indeed be released on Friday.
