According to FemaleFirst, the Oscar winning actress is teaming up with the cosmetic company Coty to develop a new fragrance collection. It will be part of the spring 2009 advertising campaign. "Halle is an iconic actress and symbolises beauty to many generations,” said Steve Mormoris, marketing vice-president at Coty.
Details on the perfume are kept secret for the moment, but Coty confirmed that the fragrance will be launched worldwide in 2009.
A source claims that Halle Berry would have received between 3 and 5 million dollars (US) to be associated with the products.
Celebrities Jennifer Lopez, Gwen Stefani, Mariah Carey, Britney Spears and Victoria Beckham all have a signature perfume.
