Gaga and the Gleeks

Theatrical pop performer’s Born This Way to be featured on TV’s Glee.

With all the fame and attention, Lady Gaga’s next single Born This Way, has already been chosen to be featured on the smash hit U.S. TV series Glee, reports MTV News.

As the title song of the one of the most anticipated albums of the year, Gaga, 24, has already promised fans that the album will be the best of the decade.

The song will be featured in a Glee episode set to air in either March or April, with the storyline focusing on gay bully Karofsky, played by Max Adler, who is in the closet. In an Entertainment Weekly interview, Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy said he chose to the track because of its inspirational vibe; a theme he plans to weave throughout the episode.

"I love that that song is [an] anthem. This show is by nature optimistic and I think a character like Karofsky could turn to booze or pills or alcohol and kill themselves or do something dark. But I also love Max and I love that character and I sorta want that character to have a happy ending. So I don’t really know what that’s going to be, but I do know we’re going to do a whole episode that’s about that song."

The episode is likely to air after the single’s release date in February, but before the album’s drop date in May.
