George Michael updates Christmas song

Pop singer to launch revamped mini-album of four Christmas songs on December 13.

Last year, George Michael, 47, released a holiday mini-album for the holidays featuring December Song (I Dreamed Of Christmas) along with three other songs: Jingle, Edith & The Kingpin, and Praying for Time, reports Music News.

While Michael’s original version of song was launched Christmas Day 2008, the mini- album didn’t arrive until December 13, 2009.

This year, Michael wanted to revisit the song and the latest version of his holiday classic December Song (I Dreamed Of Christmas) will be released on December 13, in both standard and deluxe formats.

The main song was originally written for the Spice Girls before it was given to Michael Bublé. Finally, the former Wham! Singer decided to sing his own version.

The latest edition features brand new cover artwork and access to an all new version of the December Song (I Dreamed of Christmas) video exclusively on the singer’s website, georgemichael.com. The deluxe version comes with a holiday message and envelope from George Michael himself.
