The former Spice Girl, who has a two-year-old daughter, Bluebell, with British writer Sacha Gervasi, and who has been linked to several celebrities including Jerry O’Connell, admits she’s avoided getting into long-term relationships, reports FemaleFirst.
Halliwell, who is now dating a dancer named Flipz, said, "I think maybe I am a commitment-phobe. I definitely have commitment issues. It is lovely to be with somebody and find a connection and be intimate and open, to have companionship and sharing. That is wonderful but I have learnt there are also minuses to that."
The singer explained that as a celebrity, she has learned to live by herself, and has gotten used to her having her own way and concentrating on her daughter and her good friends. That’s why it is such a huge adjustment for her to let someone into her life.
