According to The Sun, the 33 year-old woman gave birth at London’s Portland hospital. Halliwell’s mother, Anna Maria, was by her side. The baby’s father is Sacha Gervasi, 40, a Hollywood screenwriter.
Before becoming pregnant, Halliwell was considering adoption. During her pregnancy, she said that she would name the child Leonardo if it was a boy, and Stella for a girl.
Halliwell told Hello magazine, “I’m just hoping this child is more angel than devil’s child. To think that it might one day be going to the equivalent of the raves I went to, or driving away my car without permission the way I took my dad’s, is horrifying.”
