Summer is fast approaching and every year, women search for the most flattering designs and colors.
‘Geri by Next,’ the new swimwear collection created by Geri ‘Ginger Spice’ Halliwell, offers a diverse collection designed for “real women of all shapes and sizes.”
The former Spice Girl partnered with British retailer Next to create a collection of swimwear, which includes one-pieces, bikinis, and cover-ups in floral and cheetah-print patterns and bright colors like pink, white and blue
Speaking about the collection, Halliwell told the Daily Mail: “It’s about inspiring confidence with great looking swimwear for all body shapes.”
The ‘Geri by Next’ line includes a number of beach dresses and playsuits, “This is a collection that makes you look good and feel fabulous.”
“We all deserve to look fantastic whatever our shape and size," she said. "I just want to give women confidence." Girl power is the driving force behind these designs.
Halliwell, 38, and mother of 5-year-old Bluebell Madonna, proudly displays her own curves in modeling the swimwear collection on her website.
Her former bandmate Victoria ‘Posh Spice’ Beckham has also made a successful foray into the fashion world, although Halliwell’s pieces are a little more affordably priced at $18 to $78 at NextDirect.com.
