Giorgio Armani announced that he will be developing villas in Egypt with Emaar Properties.
The $1.8 billion villas will be located on a northern beach in Egypt, two hours away from Cairo by car.
Each villa will have an area of 500 square metres and have up to 4 rooms including an alarm system, temperature control, drapes, lighting, and air conditioning.
The serene and peaceful villas will face the ocean and will be based on functionality, aesthetics, space and light. Armani emphasizes that the development will respect Egyptian philosophy.
At the moment, Armani is also working on luxury apartments with Emaar Properties on a development project in Dubai.
