Gnarls Barkley will release their second disc on the Downtown/Atlantic label, The Odd Couple, on April 8. The band will also begin a tour with the Violent Femmes, reports Billboard.com. The soul/electro group will tour this summer to promote The Odd Couple in the United States and Europe.
The second video from Gnarls Barkley, Who’s Gonna Save My Soul, will be directed by Chris Milk, who worked the Violent Femmes on the video Gone Daddy Gone. The first single from The Odd Couple will be Run, and a video for this song is currently in production.
The first CD from Gnarls Barkley, St. Elsewhere, was released in 2006, and sold more than 1.3 million copies in the United States alone.
