A London judge has given Madonna temporary permission to bring her two sons with her to New York, reports UsMagazine.
A decision concerning permanent custody is expected to be made over the course of the coming weeks. A source stated, "Everything is going to be resolved in the next couple of weeks. Everything is going well. It’s pretty amicable at the moment. Things are progressing."
During negotiations, Madonna’s attorney insisted that Rocco, 8, and her adopted son David Banda, 3, should not be separated from their half-sister, Lourdes, 12.
The two young boys will be making trips between London and New York, but will be schooled in the United States.
