The New York Post is reporting that the music star is being sued, along with her manufacturing partner Schifter & Partners. The new mother is accused of copying her Harajuku Lovers handbag line from LeSportsac. LeSportsac claims that the Californian singer has stolen their design, and is suing for $1.23 million US
LeSportsac are also seeking a preliminary injunction preventing Stefani and Tom Schifter from working together. Schifter was previously the head of LeSportsac.
