According to Elle, the singer found it difficult to be touring when she was pregnant with her first child. The Rich Girl singer wasn’t as strong as she thought she was.
Before giving birth to her son Kingston, the 37 year-old artist said that she had a rough time on tour. She explained, "I would be seriously crying before I went onstage. I didn’t know how I was going to get through the tour."
The star is completely happy to be busy with motherhood now, and says that having a child has taught her about true values. Stefani and her husband, rocker Gavin Rossdale, split their time between their homes in London and Los Angeles. The two were married in 2002.
