When the singer was just a girl playing with friends, she would always take her mother’s makeup to try new things.
Stefani told TV Hits magazine, "I was always the girl who, after school every day, would say, ‘Ask your mom if we can play with her make-up! And then we’d do that for about four hours! I would burn everybody with the curling iron, I’d do make-overs on everyone. I was a make-up artist in a mall when I was 17 so it’s always something I’ve been into."
Stefani admits that she never leaves the house without makeup, and that it’s an obsession to her. The 37 year-old star added that she can’t be without her red lips.
