After launching her Website, Goop, which focuses on the art of living well, Paltrow now plans to pen a cookbook, titled My Father’s Daughter.
The book’s editors say that the project will, "focus on the importance of togetherness at mealtime, emphasising that cooking for your family is the ultimate expression of love."
The Iron Man star added that she got her love of cooking from her father, Bruce Paltrow. After he died of cancer in 2002, the actress made several healthy changes in her life, including quitting smoking and following a very strict diet.
