Starpulse reports that Berry recently took a photographer to court. The star had requested that the photog not shoot pictures of her daughter, Nahla Ariela.
Berry is very protective of her 20-month-old girl, whose father is Quebec model Gabriel Aubry. She’s had enough of the constant flash of photographers and is demanding respect for celebrity parents and their children. She explained, "It has become horrifying… What they’re doing to children, it’s not right. And I know nobody has a lot of sympathy for celebrities because we’re blessed in so many ways. But these children should not be objectified. To be hunted down, it is flat out wrong."
Recently, the governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, signed a law allowing stars to sue members of the media who use pictures of them with their families during private activities. Photographers can also face fines of up to $50 000.
