The company announced that its new artistic director will be Marios Schwab, who already has big projects lined up, reports Vogue.co.uk.
The designer said that he would like to evolve the brand by designing simple clothing, starting with modern material. He added that technology would be playing a big part in the label’s transformation. More precisely, the clothing would still have Halston’s signature style, but with a more distinctive and modern touch.
Among the changes Schwab is planning, there will be a new collection called Halston Heritage, which will offer redesigned styles of the brand. Additionally, an online boutique and a new Halston fragrance will be created.
