Heath Ledger Case Closed

Federal prosecutors have ended their investigation on Heath Ledger’s overdose, reports People.

No accusations were made against any party. Actress Mary-Kate Olsen will not be forced to testify.

Olsen was originally assigned to testify in front of a jury on April 23. Since then, her attorney has been in negotiations with Federal authorities.

Recently, the actress’ lawyer made a statement, attesting that his young client had absolutely nothing to do with the medications that caused the actor’s death.
