Supermodel Heidi Klum is branching out in the world of fashion with the introduction of her own fragrance, Heidi Klum Shine, in fall 2011, reports People.
The Project Runway host has teamed up with beauty product manufacturer Coty Inc. in order to launch her signature perfume.
"Working for a long time on developing a signature scent and watching it finally come to life is so exciting,” said Klum in a statement.
“I never thought my nose would recover from sniffing so many scent combinations but it is all worth it. I want my fragrance to be truly special and head-turning so that people ask the woman who’s wearing it ‘What are you wearing? You smell delicious!’”
Coty Inc. is one of the world’s largest perfume manufacturers. The company has previously teamed up with a number of celebrities, creating fragrances for Beyoncé, Celine Dion, Shania Twain and Jennifer Lopez, among others.
Klum, 37, is already at the helm of a small fashion empire. Along with both hosting and producing Project Runway, the German-born Klum is also a model, actress, fashion designer, singer and businesswoman.
She and her husband, recording artist Seal, were also rumoured to be creating their own reality TV series for the U.S. network Lifetime. Titled Love’s Divine after a song off of Seal’s 2004 album, the show will feature the couple travelling around the U.S., helping others with relationship problems.
