According to People magazine, Leslie Sloane, a representative for the actress, has confirmed that Lohan is seeking treatment to fight her dependence on alcohol. The star of the films Bobby and Just My Luck, among others, has been partying too much. Lohan is now aware of the fact that she can not battle alcoholism by herself.
The spokesperson explained, "She’s been attending some meetings, and it’s going to be a slow process. This is a positive. Let’s hope that the press doesn’t turn it into a negative. Maybe if (the press) backs off on her she’ll be in a good space."
The 20 year-old woman will surely have a difficult time changing her habits. Each week, Lohan has been spotted on the red carpets and in the nightclubs.
