Henry Holland launches neon underwear

Henry Holland has said he made his glow in the dark underwear range ‘House of Holland Neon’ to "be worn to be seen".

Henry Holland created his glow-in-the-dark underwear collection to "be worn to be seen".

The fashion designer has made his first full lingerie range for men and women – which has just been launched – and says he’s proud of the bright and loud colors used in his designs.

He said: "I wanted our first full underwear collection to be loud and proud. The neon adds a great flash of color when worn to be seen with low-cut summer pieces, and it also glows in the dark – what more could you want?"

The British designer – who has also made collections for department stores including Debenhams – says he would love to find out if someone is wearing his unique designs.

He told Vogue.co.uk: "Although I am happily married (pretty much) I think there would be some sick side of me that would love to take someone home only to find they were wearing my kecks.

"Anyone who wouldn’t admit to this fact is lying."

The House of Holland Neon range – which has arrived in Selfridges stores – features bras, knickers and babydolls with ultra-violet colors including lime, pink and coral.

The British designer is currently appearing on Rihanna’s new Sky Living show ‘Styled to Rock’ as a mentor as they search for Britain’s next top designer.
