Hermès and Wally unveiled their latest masterpiece yesterday (September 22) in Ancona, Italy. They will also be presenting the boat at the Monaco Yacht Show today, reports Le Figaro.
In a never seen before shape, the 58-metre long and 38-metre wide beast cannot even enter the port of Saint-Tropez. At sea, the Hermès boat can accommodate 12 passengers and 20 crew members.
It includes a 25-metre pool, a 390-sq-ft. walkway, three other terraces, a spa, a gym room, three decks, a helipad, and two smaller boats.
Luca Bassani, the owner of Wally, approached management at Hermès two years ago for a collaboration, to realise his dream of creating a floating island.
In 2008, Hermès and Wally turned their partnership into a company called Wally Hermès Yachts (WHY).
