Historic Paul McCartney Concert

Former Beatle Paul McCartney gave a historic concert in Tel Aviv in front of 40 000 spectators.

Forty years after being banned from Israel because the Beatles were deemed as youth corruptors, Paul McCartney gave his first concert in Tel Aviv yesterday (September 25), in front of 40 000 fans.
 
The 66-year-old musician greeted them in Hebrew, wishing them a happy Rosh Hashanah, the new year’s celebration on the Hebrew calendar.
 
The crowd was deeply moved when McCartney performed the John Lennon classic peace anthem, Give Peace A Chance.
