Hole heads out on tour in 2010

Courtney Love and her new band are going on tour.

Courtney Love just put Hole back together with new musicians. She is so happy with the concert they performed in London that she is ready to take the show on the road.

Hole’s new album Nobody’s Daughter will arrive in stores on April 23. The band announced shows in Glasgow, Brixton and Birmingham, UK on May 3, 5 and 9. These concerts will be followed by several yet-to-be confirmed cities and dates.

Courtney Love and Hole have not released an album since 1998’s Celebrity Skin. The singer released a solo effort in 2004, America’s Sweetheart.

This next album, Nobody’s Daughter, was supposed to be another solo project. Love decided to put Hole back together without the rest of the original members. Hole has always been about Courtney Love.

Former Hole member Melissa Auf der Maur from Montreal is surprised and disappointed. She said, "It really is jeopardizing the Hole reunion, which is not impossible, but it will be if this continues."

The bassist added, "… the person that anyone should be talking to right now is the Hole co-founder, Eric (Erlandson)."
