Playboy founder Hugh Hefner gave his approval for actor Robert Downey Jr. to star in an autobiographical film about his life.
The Iron Man star has already expressed interest in playing Hefner on the big screen.
In an interview with Hollyscoop.com, Hefner gave his permission, stating, "Downey and I have talked about it and it is a very real possibility. He’s a marvellous actor and I would be honoured if he decided to do it."
