Hefner and his favourite playmate, Holly Madison, would really like to have a child, reported FemaleFirst.
"My perfect Valentine’s Day present would be a house and a kid," Madison stated.
The 28-year-old blonde moved in with the editor of Playboy in 2001, and is one of his eight girlfriends. The 81-year-old Playboy icon refused to confirm the rumours of a possible marriage with Madison. Hefner said, "There will be lots of romantic years ahead, but a wedding? We will see."
Hefner has four children, two over the age of 50, and two minors, Marsden, 17, and Cooper, 16.
