Ice-T is fuming after being pulled over yesterday (July 20) by cops in New York City. The old school rapper-turned actor was on the way to the vet with his busty wife Coco and their bulldog when he got stopped.
His Twitter post nicely sums up the incident: "Some punk b***h rookie cop named Fisher #10026 made the arrest of his bull***t career today. Arresting the Notorious Ice-T for no seat belt."
A police spokesperson said the officer ran a check and found Ice-T was driving with a suspended license and expired insurance. Ice-T, a.k.a. Tracy Marrow, disputes these charges, saying: "[That was] some bull***t they made up. [The officer] said ‘I know who you are and I don’t give a fuck!’ That was right after I called him a punk b***h."
The rapper was taken to a police station in Chelsea where he was booked. Cops gave him a ticket and released him shortly afterward.
Ice-T went from singing Cop Killer to playing one on TV. The rapper has portrayed Detective Fin Tutuola on the drama Law & Order: Special Victims Unit since 2000.
