Kiss is allowing their fans to decide which North American cities they will visit this fall for their tour through a Web site where fans can submit their votes.
The tour, which is set to begin in September, will therefore be in the hands of the group’s loyal fans, who have several tools at their disposal to rally up their community friends to vote.
The site Eventful.com will let fans record home videos encouraging people in their towns to vote. The groups can also be formed through Facebook and MySpace to increase publicity for this unique contest. For the small towns to get the same chances, the number of votes will be compared to the number of residents to determine a true interest in a particular location.
