According to a report by the National Enquirer, the marriage is over for Avril and Deryck, who were married on July 15, 2006.
The two rockers have not been spending much time together at all. Avril has been on a world tour, while the Sum 41 singer and guitarist has been staying home. A source told the tabloid that Whibley seems to be busy partying a lot. The source said, "Deryck isn’t motivated in his own career, so he’s been drinking and partying."
Whibley was also spotted holding hands with a brunette in a Los Angeles nightclub on the same night that Lavigne performed in China.
