Actor Ryan O’Neal confirmed to People that Farrah Fawcett’s battle with cancer cannot be fought. Doctors who treated the ex-Charlie’s Angle decided to stop treatments.
"She stays in bed now. The doctors see that she is comfortable. Farrah is on IVs, but some of that is for nourishment. The treatment has pretty much ended," said Fawcett’s sweetheart of nearly the past 30 years.
During the interview, the 68-year-old actor did not hide his despair of losing his life partner. "It’s a love story. I just don’t know how to play this one. I won’t know this world without her," said O’Neal, who added, "Cancer is an insidious enemy."
