J.Crew creates CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Capsule

American retailer J. Crew has teamed up with the winners of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion fund award for an exciting capsule collection.

Greg Chait of The Elder Statesman, shoe designer Tabitha Simmons and jeweler Jennifer Meyer all took home top prizes at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund awards late last year.

The pieces are set to launch online from May 22 but, starting this week, J.Crew is letting eager fans sign up to get access to the collections a day early.

The CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund is awarded annually to up and coming design talent. In 2012, it was won by Greg Chait of LA-based cashmere label The Elder Statesman, with second-place prizes going to Simmons and Jennifer Meyer.

Previous J.Crew and Fashion Fund capsule collections have featured pieces from Joseph Altuzarra, Pamela Love and Prabal Gurung among others.
