Janssen and Jackman Return in X-Men 3

Since the stars of the film series X-Men had previously signed for only the two first films, the producers have worked hard to put together the same cast for the third installment.

X-Men 3 will be directed by Matthew Vaughn (Layer Cake).

Two of the stars, Famke Janssen and Hugh Jackman, have signed to return to their respective roles, Jean Grey and Wolverine. Halle Berry, Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart are currently in negotiations, but will likely return for the third film.

X-Men 3 will be on screens on May 26, 2006.
