The American Pie star surprised his family and friends when he married actress Jenny Mollen in a simple ceremony last April.
Now the couple is planning a lavish wedding with plenty of guests. Biggs explained, "We’re doing everything all screwy. We got married, just the two of us, and then decided to do a second ceremony."
