Jean-Paul Gaultier is now creating fashions for children.
The French designer has signed a deal to launch a clothing line for children with France’s Zannier Group.
The first collection will feature 120 items for boys and girls from 2 to 14 years of age. The collection will be unveiled in January for the fall/winter 2009-2010 season.
Zannier was founded in 1962 and produces children’s clothing under 20 different labels, including Little Marc Jacobs, Levi’s, Kenzo and Oxbow.
