People reported that Garth will resume her former role of Kelly Taylor in the 1990s television series.
The network CW will have the 36-year-old actress play a guidance counsellor at West Beverly High. Garth is the first celebrity from the cast to confirm that she will be coming back. Tori Spelling and Ian Ziering are still in talks with the producers.
CW has not yet given much information about the new actors that will join the show. Lori Loughlin has confirmed, and will play the high school principal’s wife.
