Actress Jennifer Aniston confirmed she will launch her own fragrance this June, People reports.
The star says that after a year and a half adventure she was ready to unveil the name of her new scent, Lolavie. It loosely translates as "laughing at life."
Aniston admits she received several offers to create a fragrance but it was never the right time. Then she was approached by Leon Falic, president of Falic Fashion Group, and asked to participate in the creation of a new perfume. It was finally the right moment to express her creativity.
She shares, "It was an opportunity to go behind the scenes…I felt like a little chemist."
What about the name of this new celebrity fragrance? Aniston is not sharing the details of this one: "It’s a long story and honestly it’s too personal to tell. But it has special significance."
Jennifer Aniston does talk a bit about the scent of the new perfume she helped bring to life. She told Women’s Wear Daily, "It’s a non-perfume perfume. Sexy and clean. Floral, but not too flowery. I want people to go, ‘What is that? You smell great!’ But most of all I wanted it to smell natural."
Lolavie by Jennifer Aniston will be available exclusively at Harrods in England at the end of June. It is coming to the States a bit later.
