Aniston has big projects in line for 2010, and they don’t all have to do with a new film or a new boyfriend. Her passion for spicy food has inspired her to open a new Mexican eatery.
Rumours of the actress opening an upscale restaurant in New York began to circulate last summer.
In an interview with Britain’s Daily Mirror, Aniston revealed that she was negotiating to get her project in motion, saying, "If all goes well I hope to open a Mexican restaurant in New York City in 2010. I love Mexican food. I’ll mingle with customers and be a guest waitress."
If her plans come to fruition, she will be following in the footsteps of actress Eva Longoria Parker, who opened the Mexican restaurant, Beso, in Los Angeles.
2010 will be one busy year for Aniston. She will be starring in the film The Bounty Hunter with Gerard Butler on March 19 and in The Baster with Jason Bateman on August 20.
In a few days, she is set to begin shooting The Goree Girls, and then she will hit the set of Pretend Wife with Adam Sandler, which is headed to theatres on February 11, 2011.
