According to FemaleFirst, Garner felt the heat during the filming of The Kingdom, which was being filmed in the desert in Arizona with temperatures reaching 60 degrees celcius. At the time Garner was nursing her baby Violet who was 8-months-old.
The 35-year-old actress told Access Hollywood, "I succumbed to the heat a couple times. I was still breast feeding my baby and everything your body needs, all the electrolytes go to the baby, and so my system was all screwed up and I had heat stroke. And that happened to me twice."
When her husband Ben Affleck learned that his wife was hospitalized he immediately got on a plane to be by his wife’s side.
