Jesse Bradford Plans Next Film

Jesse Bradford has joined the cast of the film I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, actor Jesse Bradford (Flags of Our Fathers) will star in the comedy I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell, under the direction of Bob Gosse (Niagara, Niagara).

Bradford will play opposite Matt Czuchry (Gilmore Girls), who will be making his film debut, and Geoff Stults (7th Heaven, October Road).

The film is an adaptation of the memoirs of Tucker Max, who became famous from his blog, TuckerMax.com.  The screenplay was written by Max and Nils Parker. 

The story shows Max (Czuchry) ensnaring the groom in a lie at a bachelor party, and then abandoning his friend for a girl.  The wedding could be called off due to Max’s actions, which results in him being banned from the nuptials.  However, he still tries to get back into his friend’s good graces.

Keri Lynn Pratt and Denise Quinones also star in the film, which begins shooting on July 21 in Shreveport, Louisiana.  I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell will be released in 2009.
