The 25-year-old actress, Jessica Simpson, known for playing herself in the reality show Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica (2003-2005), has had rumours flying that she is involved with John Mayer. She insists they are just friends.
On the talk show, The View yesterday, the star tried to explain to the audience. Rosie O’Donnell, the newest talk show host at The View, asked Simpson "Is everything going good for you, you’re in a good place, you’re happy…" Simpson replied, "I’m in a really good place…"
She later added, "I’m actually not dating John Mayer. You know, he’s my friend, I’ve known him for a couple years."
