The singer believes that her missing dog would want her to have another dog.
Daisy, a Maltese poodle that was the centre of Simpson’s heart and a gift from ex-husband Nick Lachey, was reported missing last month after a coyote snatched her right before her eyes.
Simpson told Music-News, "I haven’t really thought about another dog yet, but maybe sometime. Daisy would want that."
The star explained that her lost dog is still a delicate subject for her, stating, "Daisy meant the world to me. I hold her memory very, very close. It was an unfortunate thing what happened. That I don’t have her every day… It’s a very hard thing to talk about."
