A Los Angeles judge refused the King of Pop’s father’s request for a portion of his son’s inheritance.
Furthermore, Judge Mitchell Beckloff of the Los Angeles Superior Court ruled that Joe Jackson is not allowed to challenge Michael’s appointed executors. The judge declared in court, "Joe Jackson takes none of this estate. This is a decision his son made."
Last Friday (November 6), Joe’s attorney asked the court for an unspecified sum of money to cover expenses estimated at $15 000 per month.
Meanwhile, Katherine Jackson, the matriarch of the Jackson family, is being granted $26 000 per month, as well as $60 000 monthly child support payments to raise her grandchildren as their legal guardian.
