People has confirmed that Richie and Madden are awaiting the arrival of their second child, just a year after the birth of their daughter, Harlow Winter Kate Madden, on January 11, 2008.
In a message posted on the Good Charlotte Web site, Madden wrote, "I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family. Hope [you’re] all feeling as good as i am right now."
Madden added that the feeling is, "Better than winning an OSCAR!"
Representatives for Madden and Richie have not commented on the story.
