FemaleFirst reported that Zahara who the couple adopted from Ethiopia in 2005, has a hereditary congenital malformation which could cause arthritis and other complications. This type of malformation is often found in dogs.
A source told Star magazine, "Brad and Angelina have talked with their paediatrician, who told them Zahara may need to have surgery. They will do whatever it takes to ensure she is happy and healthy."
