Canadian band Jonas & The Massive Attraction have teamed up with apparel retailer TXT Carbon to create a limited edition T-shirt, with proceeds going towards the War Child charitable organization.
The limited edition print is available in both men’s and women’s short-sleeved styles, or a unisex long-sleeved style. Prices range from $40 to $48. Online orders are available now through txtcarbon.com or tvaboutiques.ca, and will begin shipping on July 15. The shirts will also be available in selected retailers throughout Canada.
"It is an honor to be supporting such a solid, effective charity like War Child," said lead singer Jonas Tomalty. "As a band, we have had the opportunity to see, first hand, the devastation that conflict can bring to communities in war zones and especially the effect it has on children and youth in those areas, who are the true casualties of war."
Proceeds from the sale go towards the charity War Child, which helps children and their families live with and overcome the challenges of being caught in the middle of conflict. The organization currently operates in Afghanistan, Sudan, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, and Haiti.
