Josh Brolin Teams with Oliver Stone

Josh Brolin may be replacing Javier Bardem in the film Wall Street 2.

According to IMDb.com, Brolin is in talks to replace Barden in the film Money Never Sleeps, the sequel to Wall Street.

Bardem recently backed out of the project, making way for director Oliver Stone to work once again with Brolin.  The two men worked together previously on the film W.

Brolin would play an aggressive hedge fund manager.  Also starring in the project will be Shia LaBeouf and Michael Douglas, who will reprise his role as Gordon Gekko.  Filming is set to begin soon, and the flick should hit theatres in February 2010.

In the meantime, Josh Brolin has just finished filming Jonah Hex, which opens on June 18, 2010.  In the film, he shares the screen with Megan Fox, Will Arnett and John Malkovich.
