Actor Josh Hartnett realized after playing the part of a father for the first time, that he is not ready to be a father in real life.
The star admitted that he got close to his on-screen son, Dakota Goyo, in the movie Resurrecting the Champ, but was very happy to take the boy back to his mother at the end of each working day.
According to FemaleFirst Hartnett revealed, "I developed a connection with the kid. The third day he was already putting his arms around my leg and attached himself to me. He was sweet."
He added, "I don’t think I’m ready yet. I think I’ve got a little bit of time left in me before I become a parent."
Hartnett will be playing opposite Samuel L. Jackson in Resurrecting the Champ and in the 30 Days of Night.
