Kip Williams (Door in the Floor) will direct the yet-unnamed project. Based on the book by French author, Bernard-Henri Levy, Qui a tué Daniel Pearl ?, filming is set to begin next fall.
The film will tell the story of the Wall Street Journal writer who was kidnapped and assasinated in Pakistan. According to the book, the journalist had uncovered a connection between the Pakistani secret service and Al Qaeda.
The production team is currently searching for filming locations in Morocco, India, Libya and Tunesia.
