Jeffrey Neal Weiss, 23, was arrested while trying to take pictures at a birthday party organized for Angelina Jolie’s son, Maddox.
The reporter was taken into custody by one of Pitt’s security guards. The man will be in court on September 8, when Pitt will decide if he will press charges.
