Julia Roberts Doing the Voice of Charlotte

The celebrity is getting back to work for the first time since giving birth to twins last November.

The action movie Charlotte’s Web will feature animals using the voices of several stars.  Roberts is doing the voice of Charlotte, a spider.

The story talks of the happy summer of Fern (Dakota Fanning), her pig Wilbur, and Wilbur’s best friend Charlotte.  One day Fern learns that Wilbur is being fattened up to make sausages and ham.  Wilbur is devestated.  What can be done to escape this sinister destiny?

The movie is taken from the book written by E.B. White, and will be in theatres in 2006.  In addition to Roberts and Fanning, Charlotte’s Web will also feature the voice of Buscemi, Oprah Winfrey and Andre 3000.
