Justin Bieber’s Someday is strictly for girls
The recently launched Someday fragrance from international music icon Justin Bieber is strictly for girls – at least for now – according to a report from celebrity blogger, Coco Perez.
"I’m not opposed to [working on a male fragrance], but I’m more into how females smell.” Bieber said. “Guys are the people smelling the perfume on the girls. It’s not the other girls. So I think that’s the smarter thing."
No doubt taking his cue from other celebs before him – like Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears – 17-year-old Bieber’s first foray with fragrances produced the unisex-marketed My World in late 2010. His sophomore Someday fragrance, packaged in a curvy, feminine bottle topped with a heart-shaped flower, hit stores earlier this month and is expected to earn an estimated $30 million in sales.
No stranger to frenzied fanfare, the young star recently sustained slight injuries greeting New Yorkers outside a Macy’s event on June 23. An overzealous man reportedly jumped a barricade, attacking Bieber and knocking him to the ground. His family and security immediately came to his aid, and the shaken teen was safely hustled back inside the store with no further incident.
Someday is available as an eau de parfum spray, priced at $35 for a 1-ounce bottle; $45 for the 1.7-ounce version; and $55 for 3.4-ounce bottle.
